1) Responsibilities:

a. Execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
b. Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns
c. Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies.
d. Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing
e. Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
f. Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations
g. Research and analyze competitor advertising links
h. Develop and implement link building strategy

2) Requirements and skills

a. Proven SEM experience managing PPC campaigns across Google, Yahoo and Bing.
b. Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
c. In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
d. Experience with bid management tools (e.g., Click Equations, Marin, Kenshoo, Search Ignite)
e. Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
f. Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
g. Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
h. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEM
j. BS/MS degree in a quantitative, test-driven field

Account Manager

1) Financial Planning, Portfolio Strategy, Reporting & Client Servicing

a. Assisting the RM in making of financial plans for clients keeping in mind Client requirement
b. Reporting the performance of the portfolio at regular intervals and highlight the asset allocation and IRR
c. Highlighting to the RM how clients’ actual portfolio is in variance with the strategic plan and actionable to get the portfolio aligned to the strategic portfolio
d. Identifying opportunities within the client existing portfolio based on product team recommendations across
a. MFs ,
b. Structured Product,
c. Change in the house view on various asset classes
d. Alternatives
e. Attending to client queries

2) Support the RM in Business development

a. Help acquire a database of prospective clients
b. Maintain the database of referrals
c. Assist in Business development

3) Documentation

a. Help acquire a database of prospective clients
b. Maintain the database of referrals

4) Documentation

a. Filling up applications and executing transactions of clients, including non-financial transactions (like change of bank mandate)
b. Filling up and executing MF, MLD etc. transaction of clients
c. Opening broking / DP account

Competencies / Skills:

Career Progression for AM:

  • For the first 2-3 years the AM would perform the role of an able assistant to the RM by taking up the responsibilities of an Account Manager (Job role as mentioned above)
  • AM would be promoted to be an RM based on performance and existing selection criteria
  • Depending on the AUM handled by the promoted AM in the subsequent years, the career progression will be from AVP to VP to SVP to Associate Director etc.

1)PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (List the principal duties, activities, and responsibilities for the position in descending order of importance.):
a) Ensuring all Compliances requirements are met at all points of time as per the regulations.
b) Managing & monitoring the Trading & Demat related activities.
c) Managing & monitoring Mutual Fund Transactions being executed for Clients.
d) Managing & monitoring the Structured Product Transactions which include Primary, Secondary & Unwinding transactions.
e) Managing & monitoring the execution of Proprietary/Client Transactions in Mutual Funds.
f) Managing & monitoring the preparation of various MIS’ and ensuring accuracy of the data.
g) Managing & monitoring the Audit activities, timely & accurate Reporting to Regulatory Bodies.
h) Co-ordination with the Business, Accounts & NBFC Teams and always maintain cordial relationship.


Position reporting to (Designation / Level): VP/AVP – Wealth Operations

Levels reporting to this position: A 10–12-member team comprising of smaller teams of 2-3 people handling various activities as defined above on a day-to-day basis

Location : Mumbai
Qualifications : CA/MBA-Finance/CFA (US)

1) To evaluate PMS Performance across the industry

a.Preparing PMS Audit and of clients and creating tracking mechanism for the same
b. Standardizing the review format
c. Doing meeting with RMs and presenting the Audit for the same.

2) Empanelment of PMS fund houses

a. Doing Empanelment of All major PMS with Anand Rathi Wealth Ltd

3) Thorough knowledge needed of the following

a. Full understanding of the Financial Data Document and the fitment of equity & debt mutual funds in helping achieve the clients return objective.
b. MF selection methodologies (Equity & Debt) and MF model portfolio.
c. Creation and delivery of O1-O2 formats as per the GAP Sheet.
d. All notes released periodically from the MF research desk.

Relationship Manager

Location : Mumbai, Pune, Patna, Guwhati, Bhubaneshwar, Kolkata, Chandigarh, Delhi, Lucknow, Noida
Qualifications : MBA /CA /CFA - Level 2
Experience : Minimum 5 Years

1. To Develop & Manage Client relationships in order to enhance and acquire more AUM.
2. Align AUM as per Client’s Financial Strategy to reduce Risk, Cost, & Tax also to enhance desired returns & Volatility of the portfolio
3. Review/Service portfolio to create a wow experience for clients
4. On board new relationships -Clients acquisition
5. Conduct Marketing activities to increase no of clients managed
6. Learn new skills and knowledge to service clients better
7. To maintain full ethics in providing services and analysis 8- Work closely with the product teams for delivering specialized advice
