Under his leadership, Anand Rathi Wealth has evolved into one of India’s leading wealth firms, catering to high and ultra-high-net-worth individuals through a differentiated, objective-driven approach. The company operates across 18+ cities in India, with an international presence in Dubai and the United Kingdom, and has received FCA approval for Anand Rathi Wealth (UK) Ltd, strengthening its global footprint with a team of over 1,261 professionals. The firm today oversees more than ₹93,037 crores in assets under management (AUM) and over ₹1,85,000 crores in assets under influence (AUI), reflecting the scale and consistency of its growth.
With over two decades of experience in banking and financial services, Feroze has built deep expertise in private wealth. He works closely with large business families and senior professionals, combining analytical rigour with a strong understanding of evolving wealth goals. He also oversees significant treasury responsibilities and one of the largest derivatives books in the country, reflecting his strength in structured risk frameworks.
One of his most notable contributions to the industry has been the application of derivatives as a structured risk management tool within Non-Principal-Protected Structured Products. He has designed 3,989 series of such structures, of which 1,656 have matured with a weighted average IRR of 14.8 percent. Approximately 95 percent of these matured series have delivered the intended coupon outcomes. Today, Anand Rathi Wealth holds a 40 percent market share in this segment, reflecting the depth of its process-driven execution.
Feroze strongly believes that financial awareness is foundational to long-term wealth creation. He has conducted over 2,500 investor education engagements across leading business channels including CNBC TV18, CNBC Asia, Zee Business, CNBC Awaaz, ET Now, NDTV Profit, ET Now Swadesh, and Moneycontrol, featured as a guest on numerous Podcasts, along with extensive contributions to print publications. His consistent presence across media platforms reflects his commitment to clarity over noise in investing.
He was featured in Fortune India's 40 Under 40 Class of 2019, becoming the only representative from the financial services industry that year.
